We am happy that you are here! Taking the first step to start therapy can be daunting and intimidating, but we would like to make this process as smooth as possible. Therapy at Turning Leaf Wellness Center is a space for you to further explore and understand how to become the best version of yourself. We will look at what concerns you have and what kind of changes you want to see. We have learned that exploration of your needs, values, beliefs, and desires can help manage difficulties you may be having. If you are working against your values, that may be part of the stress you may be experiencing! Whether you are feeling depressed, anxious, or uncertain about a relationship, we would like to help guide you through that. We often have you identify your strengths to help you find the best way to manage those difficulties. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, so let's try to uncover the best version of yourself and embrace YOU!
We Specialize in Perinatal Mental Health
The therapists at Turning Leaf WC work with a range of different concerns, but each therapist has special training in working with women who are attempting to get pregnant, are pregnant, or postpartum. It is a very unique time in a person's life and we believe that it is important for women and men to receive the support they need. We are here to navigate the uncertainty, the rollercoaster, and the transitions.
